Dated 1887, this really lovely bowl has a deep scalloped rim. Beautiful handpainted white roses and foliage are offset by the brown-beige background. The inside surface of the bowl is dark green.Diameter: 6.5" (16.5 cms) Height: 4" (10.2 cms) Impressed "Doulton Lambeth Faience" mark and "1887" on base. Faint "MS" written in script. "FL", "ES" and "565" all painted on base.
