How to Order

Ordering from Castle Bryher is straightforward and safe. There are 3 easy steps:

• Choose the item you wish to buy. You can either browse through our online pages or use our comprehensive search facility.  You can search by 'manufacturer', by 'type of product' (e.g. Cottages or Figurines or Teapots) or by 'theme' (e.g. Dickens, Dorset or Theatre) or by any combination of these criteria..

• Add the item to your order. An item is added to your order by clicking on the '+To Order' button. This will take you to an order form page. If you then wish to continue browsing the site, click on the 'Confirm' button. Once you have finished your shopping, go to the checkout stage by clicking on the 'Checkout Now' button or 'checkout' in the navigation bar. You can view the contents of your shopping basket by clicking the 'view order' in the navigation bar, use this if you want to remove an item.

• Checkout stage. Select your destination country (and state if appropriate), enter your address details and preferred method of shipping (only applicable to certain countries).  You will then be taken to the Method of Payment form. Here, you may choose from 2 options.  You may opt to pay by credit or debit card directly through the secure system; or to print out the form and enclose a cheque or money order (drawn in sterling against a sterling account) and post both to us.  Credit and Debit card transactions are handled by NETBANX.  We do not see or hold your card details 

You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming order receipt.  Another email will be sent when your order has been processed to confirm that your goods have left us for delivery to your address.  Credit and debit cards will not be debited until the day of dispatch.  Cheques and money orders will be presented to our bank on receipt and goods will be dispatched on the day the funds are cleared.

Each order processed is stored securely.
